1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pentecostal School of Theology & Ministry ("PSTM", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for members and ministers of The Church of Pentecost Australia, and others approved by church leadership. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Use the platform only for personal educational purposes
- Not share, copy, or redistribute course materials without permission
- Submit your own work for assessments — academic integrity is required
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All course content — videos, written material, assessments, and certificates — is the intellectual property of The Church of Pentecost Australia or its licensors. You may use it for personal study but may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
5. Code of Conduct
In discussion forums and other interactive areas, you agree to maintain Christian conduct, including:
- Treating fellow students and lecturers with respect
- Avoiding offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory language
- Not posting spam, off-topic content, or commercial promotion
- Submitting to the moderation of lecturers and administrators
6. Certificates and Credentials
Certificates issued via PSTM are recognised internally by The Church of Pentecost Australia. They are verifiable via the QR code and verification page. PSTM certificates are not external academic accreditation unless explicitly marked as such.
7. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the platform's code of conduct, or the standards expected of those representing the church. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We endeavour to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of New South Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
